As hosts, we understand the importance of having a quality, reliable and all- encompassing cleaning company. We actually created our company because we couldn’t find a cleaning company in the Maryland, DC area who performed everything we desired to keep our Airbnb’s not only operational, but maintained. We pride ourselves on the many aspects of our Airbnb Cleaning Services, so lets outline what we have to offer you: 

● Consistent, 5- Star Cleans ○ We know how important reviews are and how it helps with your SEO. We have quality control measures in place to ensure both you, the client, and your guests are satisfied with our cleans ○ Our team of professional and dedicated cleaners have been trained by our Quality Control Manager to provide exceptional, standardized cleans by always following our detailed cleaning checklist ○ When a guest enters your Airbnb, there is no trace left from your previous guest and your unit is back to “show- room” ready condition 

● Inspections for Damages and Misuse ○ At the beginning of each clean, our cleaners conduct an inspection of the unit to check for any damages and/ or misuse. If there is any damage and/ or misuse, we will report this to you right away, including both a description and supporting photo(s). ○ If our cleaners come across any maintenance issues, will will notify you of the findings so you can have someone service the unit asap 

● Disposables Inventory Check
○ Our cleaners complete a disposables inventory check based on the disposables you want replenished in your unit(s).       We notify you whenever any disposable item(s) needs to be replenished. We also make sure to top up disposables at     each turnover, ensuring your guests have what they need for a comfortable stay.

● Re-staging ○ When our cleaners finish cleaning an Airbnb, they will then utilize the unit’s Airbnb listing photos to accurately re-stage it, so when your next guest checks in, the unit looks as per the listing photos 

● 24/7 Staff Available ○ With Airbnb’s, we know that guests can check in/ out at various times and require assistance and troubleshooting outside of regular business hours. We have friendly, knowledgeable staff to help take care of any requests that come in, no matter what time of day or night the request is made 

In bedrooms and other common areas such as living rooms, they will dust all blinds, baseboards and furniture such as end tables, bed frames, dressers, TV's and smaller décor, such as vases and table top picture frames. They will dust all wall pictures and make sure to get any cobwebs in corners and ceiling. The cleaner will spot wash walls as needed. They will straighten/stage the bed neatly with throw pillows/blankets creating an inviting environment, but they do not change sheets (if you are looking to have your bed stripped/re-made please check out a deep clean). The cleaner will vacuum and wash all floors, including under furniture (where able to). Please try to have smaller items, such as children's toys picked up making it more efficient for our cleaner to do a thorough clean of your floors. If you are home when our cleaner is working they will make sure to let you know when they are complete/leaving unless you have asked to not be disturbed. If you are not there they will make sure to lock up/set alarm/return keys to where they got them from as per your instructions in your booking form. 

*If you are getting a deep clean (recommended for all first cleans), you will get all of the above plus: 

● Inside the oven (it is strongly recommended if you have a self-cleaner on your oven to run it prior to our cleaners arrival, as they wont have enough time to do so, and it will help them to clean your oven efficiently). ● Inside the fridge, they will remove all items and thoroughly clean all drawers, shelves and complete inside replacing items back when done. ● Wash all baseboards and a thorough spot washing of all walls (if you would like all walls washed from ceiling to floor, please contact us) ● We will strip beds placing dirty bedding in the laundry area for you and remake with clean linens, please make sure to leave clean linens out for our cleaner.
